PROCESSIONAL ARRANGE-
MENTS. *
London, April 1, In connection with the Queen's celebration it is arranged that the colonial troops, the Premiers and the Royal c arriage shall constitute a separate procession and wait for the Queen and group in front. At the conclusion oi the thanksgiving service they will take a position at the rear of the main procession. The whole of the bishops attending the Lambeth Conference will take part ia the thanksgiving service.
