ANGLO-COLONIAL MAILS.

In the House of Commons Mr Hamburg, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, stated that tenders had been accepted for the carriage of mails between England and Australia, but the contracts weie not yet signed. He added that it was not necessary to lay on the table of the House the letters received (rom the Australian Governments on the subject.
