SPLENDID DISCIPLINE MAINTAINED.

Calcutta, January 25. Later particulars regarding the wreck o! the iroopship Warren Hastings show that the disaster occurred during a dark arid stormy night. After the vessel struck the crew succeeded in getting a rope ashore, along with thoss on beard who could not swim were safely passed, until the ship was about to capsize. All the swimmers were then ordered to jump overboard and make lor shore. Splendid discipline was maintained, and the troops rescued all except two natives.
