The new Bteamer Kia Ora commenced to L discharge her cargo at the Quay-streeb jetty this morning, all tho packages turn- . ing oub in excellent condition. The work of diamantliug her sailing gear ia Also
rapidly proceeding. The cargo will be all put by this evening, and to-morrow the vessel will be docked for a thorough overhaul. The false keel will be removed, the mainmast taken oub and the funnel stepped. The little. steamer attracted a considerable amount of attention as she lay ab bhe wharf to-day, and all. day there was a stream of people on tbeir way down to have a look at her.
