Last Friday Mr Ralph, manager, forwarded to Mr Clendon, Attorney for the Company, a sample of ore taken from No. 2 reef, which latter bad been assayed ab bhe Bank of New Zealand and yielded a valneof £16 per ton, the gold being worth £4 per oz.
