MURDER AT SOLOMON ISLANDS.
A SYDNEY TRADER DECAPITATED.
Sydney, bhis day. The steamer Titus brings news that Captain Gibbins, a well-known Sydney trader, was murdered at Kendova, an island of the Solomon Group. His cutter was looted and burned. Three natives came aboard to trade and while the captain was below, two seized him and a third decapitated him with a large knife. The captain's native boy was the only other present, and he was alraid to interfere.
