Gisborne, Thursday. The above meeting was continued yesterday. The following are the resuhs:— Stewards' Handicap. — Strowan, 1 ; Nightingale, 2. These wera the only starters. Nightingale jumped away with the lead, bub Storowan caught her round the bond, and won hands down, by a coopfe of lengths. Time, Icain 32sec. There was no dividend, there being no investment on the machine. Second Hurdle*. —Hakaiero, 1 ; Kauri Gum, 2 : Lord Haven, 3. 1' Roao also ran. Time, 3nain 25sec. Dividend, £4 Ib.
