4 b an extraordinary meeting of share holders in the above Company, hold at the offices of Mr J. Park Home yesterday afternoon, Mr Graves Aickin presiding, resolutions were passod increasing the capital by the issue of 65,000 shares for the purpose of acquiring tho Coldßtream, Silversbreatn, Dublin and Caversham holdiuga, adjoining. Resolutions passed at a previous meeting authorising the direcbors to dispose of the property were confirmed. CAMBRIA. The sale of thia once famous Thames mino has been completed, the purchasers boiug the Anglo Continental Syndicate. JUNO. Tho manager telegraphed this morning :—" Obtained eighb pounds of specimens from the loading stops ab the back of the low level. Gold showing in the face." Our Kuaotunu correspondent wired today : —"Specimens still being obtained at every breaking down, and as rich as those previously obtained." BUNKERS HILL. The manager tolegraphed this morning : —" Gold showing in the quartz broken down last) night. Breaking down again to-morrow." BIG REEF. A special meeting of shareholders in the above company was hold thia morning in Mr W. Clarke's office. There waa a large attendance, Mr A, Wrighb being in the chair. . The meotieg was called to con--1 sider a request made by Messrs Pollock and Johnson to have the property placed under oiler to English capitalists on the following berma :—That a company bo formed with a capital of £250,000 in £1 shares, working capital £50,000, vendors to receive £5.00 D and 50,000 fully paid up shares. The terms wero agreed to by tho shareholders, who granted a freo option for a fortnighb from tho 11th instaut. Resolutions were also passed empowering the directors to dispose of the property and execute all the necessary deeds in connection with such salo if effected. DR. JIM. Afc the half-yearly meeting of shareholders in the above company, hold yesterday, tho balance-sheet showed a credit of £95 14-! 2<J. The retiring directors and auditor were re-elected.
