Mr Reid, Premier of New South Wale 9, who has been on a visit hero with a view to induce the Queensland Government bo roconsider ita determination not to bo represented ab the Federal Convention, is satisfied with the result of his mission. He believes the proposal will be submitted to tho Queensland Parliament that five Mini«terialists, three Oppositionists, one Labour member, and two Legislative Councillors, bo appointed delegates to the Convention.
