Mrs Nicodemus, a well-known resident, owning & good deal of native land, to-day stated in the Warden's Court that native matters under her hand wero very unsettled, and she requested throe months' adjournment for the purpose of allowing the thing to be regulated. The Warden'said he was afraid he could not make an adjournment of all applications for claims on native lands. Ho would adhere strictly to the validation of Boundaries till matters were settled, ond there would be no fear of further complainings.
