Obituary : J. G. Colmer, C.M.G., the well-known Secrwfeary to the Hifch Commissioner tor Canada. Mr Colmer divided with Mr Ashfcon, of Kent, the " Statisb " prize of 1,000 guineas, for the best) essay on " Imperial Customs Union."

The Hon. W. E. Marmian, M.L.A,, formerly Commissioner of Landje, is dead.
