THE DISPUTED WILL CASE.
At tho Supreme Conrb this morning the action brought by Goo. Edgcombe, of Kaponga, Tarannki, to set aside the will of the late Wm. Edgcombe, of Mount Edgcombo, was continued before His Honor Mr Justice Conolly and a jury of 12. The taking of evidence in this case occupied the attention of the Court a little over five days of last week, and was concluded on Saturday morning aboub 11 o'clock. The Court then adjourned till to-day for addresses by counsel and the judge's summing up. Mr Cooper, who was the first to address the jury, spoke for an hour, and in the courso of his address laid stress on the fact that of the two medical mea who gave evidence for plaintiff's case, one had never even known the testator, while the other bad nob attended or known him' until after the accident. The four medical men who had been produced for the defence had all known Mr Edgcombe intimately. Mr Cotter opened hit address on behalf of the English beneficiaries ab 11 o'clock, and had not concluded when we went to press.
