London, May 7. Ab the wool .ale* medium merino sold from par to 5 per cent below March ratea ; faulty sorts, from 71 to 10 per cent; greasy c-O'-brede, 5 per cent.; coarse, from par to 5 per cent. Jacomb, Son, and Co. report that the decline ia probably due tapnrchaaea in the colonies being below London prices, and aleo-to bad trade in America.
