APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATORS.

DECISION OF THE COURT. DIRECTORS OF THE BANK EXCLUDED. (BT TELEGRAPH. —FK.ESS ASSOCIATION.) Donedin, this day. Mr Jostice Williams, in delivering judgment in the Colonial Bank liquidation, said there was sufficient evidence before the Court to show that there should be an investigation of the books, and bhab the investigation should be undertaken by per.' manenc liquidators. None of the directors of the Bank should be liquidators, therefore Mr Larnach should nob be appointed. He preferred Mr Vipers to Mr Braund, and saw no reason why Mr Ramsay should nob be appointed. Mr Simpßon, who stood fourth in the voting by shareholders, would be appointed third liquidator. The question of costs was reserved.
