An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in bhe above company waa held on January 6bh in Mr H. Gilfillan's office, when Mr Alfred Kidd presided. Butble acted on bohalf of the Company in the purchase, and Mr Mess Davis on behalf of Mr Jacobs.
