In pursuance of the Municipal Corporations Act and the Regulation of Local Elections Act, and amendments thereto, notice is hereby given that an Election will be held on WEDNESDAY, 27th day of Novomber. 1895, for the Election of a duly qualified person as Mayor of the City of Auckland. Candidates will require to be nominated on or before noon of TUESDAY, 19th day of November, and to deposit the sum of Ten Pounds (£10). Any person nominating a Candidate must deliver at the Council Chambers before noon on the day abovonamed a Nomination Paper signed by the person therein named as a Candidate and by two (2) persons duly qualified to vote at such Election.
