NAVAL INTELLIGENCE.

To-morrow H.M.s. Plyadea, which has been on duty in New Zealand waters since the visit of the squadron to Auckland some months ago, leaves for Fiji to relievo H.M.B. Rapid. The latter vessel proceeds to Sydney, via this p*rt.

H.M.s. Ringarooma, arrived at Wellington this morning from Auckland. She will nrobably leave about the 26th instant for Russell.

H.M.B. Lisiard arrived in port yesterday morning to relieve the Pylades, anchoring ab tha man-ef-war ground. The Lizard left) this port on May last, and since then has spent some time ab Suva, besides cruising round the Fiji Group and visiting the Ellice and Gilbert) Islands. The warship lefb Suva for Auckland on August 11th and came down under easy steam, experiencing fine weather on the passage. The Lizard will be on duty in New Zealand waters till the end of the month, when she will be relieved by the Goldfinch, which is at present in the New Hebrides. It is probable that the Lizard will be floated into dock here for cleaning and repairs. H.M. cruiser Wallaroo, now ab Townsville, will relieve the Ringarootna in New Zealand waters aboub .the end of this month.
