SALISBURY V. RAWSON.
London,. August 9.
In the case of Salisbury v. Rawson, remitted from the Chancery Division for the purpose of having the paternity of Georgina Priestly Salisbury, an infant of 15 months, determined, tbe JJ.ueen's Bench decided that Mrs Salisbury failed to establish the legality of her daughter's birth. The defendant alleged bhat the child was adopted for the purpose of fraud.
