Shortly before S last night the s.s. Anglian arrived from Southern ports. Tho purser, Mr Cerutty, reports that she leib Dunedin on the 3rd, called as usual
ab Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier, and leaving Gisborne ab 4 on Thursday afternoon, arrived as above. She experienced fine weather and smooth seas along tbe coast.
The steamer, which sails for Sydney at 4 this afternoon, takes the following passengers from thia port:—Misses Allen, Carpenter, E. Marks, Duncan, Impey, Anderson, Mesdames Nichols and infant, J. E. Bell, Going-, Anderson and infant. Burroughs, Robinsou, Scullan, Steinman, Olson, Robinson, Captain Stunman, Dr. Marks, Messrs Scullan, Cameron, Chant, Lawford, Bush, Baker, Simpson, Missifcer, Partridge, Ferri, G. Fuanicvvick, J. Dixon, J. Briton, Aickin, J. H. Fox, E. D. and M. H. Swan, J. Thompson, Piggott, T. A. Usaher, J. E. Friend, P. Cox, W. W. Cariete, J. C. Bell, Nichols, A. F. Eaton, W. Routree, Simons, J. Harpley, Bir3s, Master Going, Piggotb and 30 steerage.
