At 11 last night the s.s. Takapuna arrived from the South with the Southern portion of the outward 'Frisco mail, after a lineweather passage.
At 1 this afternoon the Government steamer Hinemoa arrived from the North. She inspects the beacons and buoys in the Manukau before leaving for the South.
The s.s. Gairloch lefb the New Plymouth breakwater ab 10 lasb nighb and crossing tho Manukau Bar at 9.30 this morning made fast to the wharf ab 11.5. Her cargo consists of 40 boxes butter, 100 hides, 10 hoad3 of cabtle and sundries.
