The Tararu Creek Goldmining Company ot New Zealand is announced with a capital of £95,000, of which £55,000 ia being issued.
[This cable refers to tha Norfolk, Dunedin, Sunbeam, and Excelsior mines ati Tararu, which were placed as one mine on the London market). Tho terms previously cabled were as follows:—The company to have a capital of £94,000, £1,000 immediately, working capital £30,000, one half available immediately, remainder and reserve shares to be issued in the future. The terms of agreement forwarded were :— The Norfolk shareholders receive 21,248 shares paid up to £, the Dunedin 7.650, the Sunbeam and Excelsior, 6,400 between them. The area of the combined mines ia about 150 acres, and as the Norfolk has a fine 40-otauiper battery, tho work of developing the mine will not be delayed.
