Sir Edward Grey is mentioned as the probable successor to Sir Roberb Duff, bub ib is generally regarded as improbable bhab the office will be conferred on him. The " Westminster Gazette," in discussing the matter, says that New South Wale 3 will be dreadfully jealous unless the colony secures a Governor of equal standing to Lord Brassey,
