LAND AMD INCOMES ASSESSMENTS.

Wellington, this day. In reply to applications for assessmenb of values under the Land and Income Assessment Acb of laab session, the Commissioner of Taxes states thab by the 31sb of January a complete copy of valuation will be eenb to each taxpayer of his or her assessment. Under same cover will be forwarded a form for the now return, with full instructions as bo requirement under the Acb, an objection form and a copy of how the taxpayer is assessed ab present. Objection to assessment must be lodged by the lsb March, and, if necessary, the Board will meet in April to consider objections. In cases where no objection is made the return need nob be lodgs until the Ist of May.
