London, December 7. Particulars have been received from St. Petersburg of a shocking railway accident which has occured ab Morshausk. A goods firaia by some means lefb the rails and fell over an embaukmenb. Included in the freight oE the train wero a large quantity of petroleum and alcohol, and some matches. The accident caused the matches to ignite, and the flames communicating with tho petroleum and alcohol soon enveloped the wreckage. Eight persons, all officials connected with the railway, were killed..
