THE WESTPORT DISASTER.
MANY SHOCKING SCENES,
Londok, June 14. The passenger boat, which drowned sixty persons off Wosfcport, was over-crowded, and capsized through trying to jibe withoub lowering sail. Many were entangled in the huge sails. The steamer Nita rescued seventy-five, 'but thirty were drowned, mostly young women. There were many shocking scenes.
