Messrs Samuel Cochrane an© Son held a property sale bo-day. A doable storied dwolliag-hauae with allotment, Upper Pitt - street, found a purchaser in Mrs Wright afc£2BQ, An allobmeob in Seymourstreet, Ponsonby, was knocked down to Mr T. H. Hall for £132 10a. These bwo properties were sold by order of the executors of the late Wm, O'Beirne. A small farm ab Tabararjkei (Norbbern Wairoa) and 60 acres at Maretu were passed in.
