Whangarei, tbla day. The Native Land Court is now sitting' Much dissabisfacbion exisbs among natives and others owing to the hurried way in which the Court baa been notified, numerous importanb applications having been omitted altogether. Several of bhe cases set down for hearing cannot be gone on with owing to plans not being endorsed on orders, although plana were senb to bhe survey office months ago, notably in tbe Pukepoto Block, in which bhere are four applications, for partition, which cannob be gone on with on this account. Succession and other applications made long ago bave been omitted altogether, entailing much delay, loss, and incoDvenienoe.
