DONEDIN, this day. The .body ol James Murphy, aged fifty, was found In the harbour yesterday. The deceased, who had been residing m a small tpottage off Walker-street by hlmse f, had been missing eince bhe 23rd. The day before he had purchased a small quantity ot laudanum. Ib is evidently a cme of am■tide. Deceased had been under medloal Jreatment for six monbhs.
