LODGE ALBION, No. 45, N.Z.C.
The an Dual installation of officers of Lodge Albion, No. 45, New Zealand Constitution, was held last night in the lodge room, Devonport. Over 100 brethren werepreaent. The visitors included members of Auckland lodges and brethren from the war ship in harbour. Bro. Malcolm Niccol. Most Worshipful Grand Maater of the New Zealand Constitution, performed the duties of Installing Maeter in his usual finished and able manner. The presenting officers were Bros. G. H. Powley and A. B. Burgess. Bro. Win. Hoile, the W.M. elect, was duly installed into the chair of King Solomon by Bro. Niccol. Subsequently the newlyinßtalled W.M. invested his officers as follows :-S.VV., Bro. W. R. Goudie; J.W., Bro. R. L. Caldwell; Treasurer, Bro. J. G. Allen; Secretary, Bro. Harry Fountain; Director of Ceremonies, Bro. G. H. Powley; S.D., Bro. D. Markham; J.D., Bro. J. Bowden ; organist, Bro. T. H. 'Webb.; 1.G., Bro. G. W. Hulme; stewards, Bros. W. Avenell and E. J. Charles; tyler, Jas. Mays. The working toolß were preaeuted by Bros. Logan, D. H. Ross and S. D. Hanna, while the addresses to the Master were eiven by Bro. Niccol, to the wardera by Bro. Burgees, and to the brethren by
Bro. Allen. Ab the 6!6se the brethren adjourned to the reading - room of the Devonporb Library, where-Mrs Lindsay served a firsb-claes cold collation.
