SUDDEN DEATH AT KAWAKAWA.

Kawakawa, this day. The awfully sudden death of Henry Parker, butcher, of Kawakawa, occurred this morning as he was getting out of bed, intending to go out to buy some sheep. He had been slightly poorly during the night, and had bee- suffering from dropsy during the past year. Parker was an old identity here of 20 years' standing, aboub 60 years of age, highly respected, and a thorough old English gentleman. He was a native of Devonshire, a good townsman and took an interest in the welfare of all living beings.
