A TERRIBLE DEATH.
A terrible accident occurred at Uralla (N.S.W.), on the morning of Tuesday, the 6th inst., at Mr Dorrington's farm, Balala, where threshing operations were in progress. A young man named Frederick Nolßon, of Kentuekyi whilst feeding the machine got one of his teet between the beaters. The limb was fearfully crashed, all the leg to the knee being torn off. The band connecting the engine coming off the machine stopped and the poor fellow was extricated. Although medical aid was secured, the victim succumbed some hours after the injuries were received.
