ACCIDENT AT WHANGAREI.

WhanGarei, this day. Mr T. Brooker broke his leg on Tuesday evening. As he was driving borne, standing up in the cart, he hit the horse with the whip, when it sprung suddenly forward, throwing him out, and the wheel passed over hia leg, breaking it jast above the ankle.
