Calliope (Thames).— The mine manager reports that 10ft has been driven during the week, And that the reef was much the game. ' Orlando (Thames), i— The manager reported that the winze was being driven down and the rise extended. There is a large reef in the winze. Norfolk (Thames).—The mine manager reports that the rise at Missouri level had been extended 6ft, and thab the reef averages 2fb in thickneßS, and is a nice compacb lode. No gold has been seen for the la3b few feed but there are some excellent mineral veins through tho reef. The winze has been driven down another 20fb and quartz veins have been met. The reef is expected daily. Nkw Fearnought (Thames).—-The mine manager telegraphed to-day thab 21b of picked etone have been obtained from the fod* «c tb9 new Icrei,
