THE OPERA HOUSE.
FAREWELL TO ELAMD HOLT COMPANY TO-NIGHT.
The third production of "Taken Prom Life " attracted a large audience to the Opera H'ous6 last night. Applause waa loud and frequent throughout bhe progress of the drama, and after each act the principals were accorded an eribhusiastie call before the curtain. Miss E'lorence Masters as Jack, a stable boy, scored decisively, and in company with Mr and Mrs Bland 1 folt bowed her acknowledgments. A word of praise is due to Mr Kehoe, the musical director, for the original and high class selections played between the acts. This might well bo emulated by travelling companies. To night the Bland Holt Company give their farewell performance, when a packed house will no doubt assemble to bid good-bye to the popular comp*uy« "Taken From Life " will be staged.
