MANY INHABITANTS KILLED.
Kio de Janeiro, October 17. The rebels have shelled Armacoo. Many of the inhabitants were killed. The majority fled. The rebels are again firing upon Rio de Janeiro. The Consuls have warned foreigners to depart.
