GUNPOWDER ACCIDENT.

Cambridge, this day. A lad aged 13, son of Mr William White, carpenter, of Cambridge West, was playing with a flask of powder yesterday and pursued hia investigation as to its contents with the aid of a lighted match. Tire result waa an explosion. The boy waa severely burnt aboub the hoad, hands and one leg. Dr. Cushney attonded the pationt, who i 3 progressing favourably, bub the shock to hia system is very great.
