Among the passengers by the Tysor Company's cargo steamer Star of England, which arrived from London and way ports this morning, is Capt. Bosb, who is en route to Napier, where he assumes tho position of Marine Sunerintondent of the lino in Now Zealand. Capt. Beat iE going the take tho place of Captain Todd, who has beon appointed Agent-General for the Company in bhis colony. Captain Bost has come from Rockhampton (Q.), whero he hold a similar appointment.
