Rio de Janeiro, September 18. The insurgents are sending warships to seize the southern ports. The city has been again bombarded. London, September 19. Sir E. Grey stated in the House of Commons that the three English men-of-,var at Rio Janeiro would co-operate with those of the other nations in protecting shipping. ' J The trade with the city is paralysed.
