THE NEW CALEDONIA CABLE.
Brisbane, September 3. The French cable steamor Francois Arago has arrived at Bunduborg, having successfully laid tho Noumoan end of tho cable, and is making preparations to lay the Queensland end. The soundings show an excellent route.
