NEGROES FIGHTING FOR FOOD,
Washington, September 1. News has been received from Beaufort County that thousands of negroes ab I'orb Royal, in South Carolina, who aro in a dostituto condition aro fighting for food. Tho cyclone killed 1,000 in Boaufort County alone, all negroes excopt three.
