TAKAPUNA DROWNING CASE.
THE INQUEST. AW inquesb was held this/ afternoon in Gleeson's Hotel, before Dr. Pfcilson, coroner, and a jury of six, on the body of the unfortunate woman who waa found on Takapuna beach on Sunday. A youth named Koberb Bull, residing on the Lake Road, Takapuna, deponed to finding the body on the beach ab high water mark, where it appeared to have been thrown up by the sea. He was unable to identify the body, nor did he know that anybody was missing. Sergeant Kelly deposed to finding the body »b reported, and having lb removed to the Morgue in the water police boat. The jury returned a verdicb ot j "Found Dead."
