THE RECENT COLLISION AT NEWCASTLE.
.Newcastle, July m. The Marine Board has called on Captain Thorpe, ol the steamer Elingamite, and Mr Lewis, the second officer, to show cause why the collision with the schooner Guiding Star, which was cut in two, should not be attributed to their want of vigilance.
