In consequence of the natives who were plaintiffs in the recent actions brought by, the Government against Mr John Lundon for £800 not having paid the costs awarded • to the defendant, Mr Lundon, that gentleman has instructed his solicitor, Mr W. J. Napier, to issue distress warrants against the sheep, horses, and boats of the natives. Tho costs amount to £78 3s.
