COLONEL RIDGEWAY'S MISSION.
London, January 12. The "Times" says thab Colonel Sir JVV. Ridgeway, bhe speciul British envoy to Morocco, will be attended on his arrival at Tangiers with a naval display of sufficient magnitude to impress upon the Moors, thab Greab Britain intends to have ber demands satisfied. The British Ambassador in Paris has notified M. Ribob, Premier, thab Colonel Ridgeway's mission bo Morocco will not prejudice the rights of European powers.
