A BREACH OF PRIVILEGE PUNISHED.
Melbourne, January 13;
The " Ballarab Courier" recenbly published an article accusing several members of Parliament of immorality, and alleging that a mace stolen from the Chamber was now lying in a house of ill repute. Clark, the proprietor, was called to Bar of House, and, aftor tendering an apology, waa admonished by the Speaker.
