ADDRESS BY MR W. L. REES,
We would again remind our readers of the address which is to be delivered to-nigh b in St. James's Hall by Mr \V. L, Reea on the position of nativo lands and the laws affecting them. Mr ReGS will review the past history of nativo lands legislation and will outline a plan by which the vast areaa now held by the Maoris may be thrown open for settlement. The subject is & very importanb one, affecting tho interests of all classes, the attendance therefore should be large and representative. Mr J. C. Firth will take tbe chair.
