THE SIMS CASE.

In the Supreme Court yesterday, in the Sims case, Elizabeth Hall in cross-examina-tion said she did nob notice a difference in the manner in which accused treated her and the manner in which doctors had previously treated her. Dr. Macallan deposed that from whafe Dr. Davenport and Mrs Walsh had deposed, no modicsil roan could corno to an absolute conclusion that there had been abortion. Dr. Menziea ?tated tint; he had treated Mrs Hall in die Napier Hospital; and when she left she wan apparently cured. It would, he said, be improper to uso instruments in tno way in which it was said the prisoner vised ihein.
