REVOLT IN ALBANIA.
15.000 ARMED REBELS SURROUND JAKOVA.
Constantinople, July 30. Information has been received thab 15,000 armed Albanians have surrounded Jakova, a bown sixty-seven miles E.N.E. of Scutari, on bhe White Drin. The Turkish Governor with five battalions of troops and six batteries of arbillery has gone bo suppress the revolt.
