MR DIBBS ON ENGLAND AND THE COLONIES.
London, July 13,
In the course of his remarks yesterday Air Dibbs declared that all Now South Wales required was population, and mutual confidence between England and the eolonios. He said ho would return to the colony with a better idea of England'-* power and greatness than lio had conceived before: and that the greatness and power ot England and of the colonies was secured by tho closest possible alliance.
