THE MINERS ENTRENCHED,
A MINE MANAGER RILLED.
Washington, July 14.
The Governor of Idaho has declared Boise county in a state of rebellion. Twelve corpses of non-Cnion men havo been found jin a ravine. The strikers havo taken possession of the mines nnd are terrorising the district. They blew up the railway bridge at Mullan with dynamite in order to prevent the troops getting up, and threaten ta blow up four mines in the event of an attack. They hold two of the mine owners as hostages. • , The miners of Idaho have seized the adjt,taut of tlio troops as a hostage. New York, July 15.
